Description du vin
Between sea, mountain, sun and wind, the wines of Banyuls are above all wines of pleasure. The vines, exposed to the generosity of the climate, produce wines of expression and quintessence — rich, powerful, elegant and distinguished — carrying within them the warmth of the sun and the rusticity of the schist soil. The terroir and wines of Banyuls express themselves through a king grape variety: Grenache.

Vinification et élevage
The harvest is done by hand and carried out after a ripeness check performed on each plot (berry tasting). After an initial traditional vinification, fermentation is blocked before pressing by a "sur grains" mutage. This technique, combined with a long maceration (14 to 20 days), allows for optimal extraction of aromatic and tannic compounds. The sur grains mutage can only be carried out on harvests of excellent quality. Part of the wine is aged in barrels while the other part is aged in vats in order to preserve the fruity aromas.
Note de dégustation
The robe is ruby red with violet highlights.
The Banyuls reveals aromas of well-ripened red
and dark fruits on the nose.
On the palate, this cuvée is full, balanced, with
aromas of blackcurrant and jammy blackberries,
supported by delicate woody notes.

- La livraison standard prend entre 2 et 3 jours ouvrables à partir du moment de l'expédition.
- La livraison express prend entre 24h et 48h à partir du moment de l'expédition.
- La livraison sur palette prend entre 4 et 5 jours ouvrables à partir du moment de l'expédition.
Les frais de livraison dépendent de l'adresse de livraison, du nombre de bouteilles et de l'option de livraison (mondial relay, express, standard, 24h, sur palette...) et le prix est calculé au moment de la validation du panier.
La livraison standard est offerte en France à partir de 125€ et dans les autres pays à partir de 300€ de commande.
Nous acceptons les cartes Visa, MasterCard, American Express, ainsi que les paiements via PayPal, Apple Pay et Google Pay. Les transactions sont entièrement sécurisées.
Nous acceptons aussi le paiement par chèque et virement bancaire toutefois la commande ne sera préparée qu'à confirmation de la réception du paiement par notre service comptabilité.
