Wine description
A "universe of roundness" with its rounded pebbles, its rolling landscapes and also its full and supple texture on the palate. Château de Villemajou is the family estate of dGérard Bertrand, which he inherited from his father and where he trained as a winemaker. The Grand Vin red wine is from the finest plots of the estate.

Winemaking and ageing
The remarkable quality of this cuvée lies in the exceptional quality of the old Carignan and Syrah vines. The harvest is done by hand and begins when the grapes reach full maturity. A portion of the Syrah and Carignan is vinified using whole-bunch maceration. A traditional maceration is carried out on the remaining grape varieties. The wines are blended after malolactic fermentation and then placed in 225-litre Bordeaux barrels in our cellar for a 12-month ageing period. The wine is then kept for a further 12 months before being released for sale.

Delivery costs depend on the delivery address, the number of bottles and the delivery option (mondial relay, express, standard, 24h, pallet...) and the price is calculated at the time of checkout.
Standard delivery is free in France from €125 and in other countries from €300 worth of orders.
