Wine description
The harvest is done by hand with sorting carried out in the vineyard and at the winery. The grapes are destemmed and then vatted for traditional maceration vinification.
Each plot and each grape variety are vinified separately.
The wine is then aged in French oak barrels for 12 months
At each stage of the ageing process through to bottling, particular attention is paid to respecting the rhythms of
biodynamics

Winemaking and ageing
The harvest is done by hand with sorting carried out in the vineyard and then in the cellar. The grapes are destemmed and then vatted for traditional maceration vinification. Vatting periods are around twenty days with precise temperature control. Each grape variety and each plot are vinified separately in order to preserve the full potential of each terroir before blending. After malolactic fermentation in tank, the wines are blended and then aged in barrels for a period of 12 months.
Tasting note
Ruby, blackcurrant and dark fruits with a hint of
chocolate and mocha. Fairly concentrated with
powerful, well-integrated tannins. Beautiful freshness at
the finish. Flavoursome and complex with very well-integrated
barrel-ageing notes,
concentrated and long.

Although all orders are dispatched within 24 hours, this may take up to 48 hours in some cases.

- Express delivery takes between 24 and 48 hours from the time of dispatch.
- Pallet delivery takes between 4 and 5 working days from the time of dispatch.
Delivery costs depend on the delivery address, the number of bottles and the delivery option (mondial relay, express, standard, 24h, pallet...) and the price is calculated at the time of checkout.
Standard delivery is free in France from €125 and in other countries from €300 worth of orders.
