Wine description
The estate is located within an ecologically rich area, well known to botanists. Malepère is a little-known AOP where fewer than twenty estates coexist. This cuvée is a selection of the finest plots of the estate.

or meat in sauce, it also pairs perfectly
with the regional speciality: the
cassoulet.
Winemaking and ageing
The harvest is done by hand, with sorting carried out in the vineyard and then in the cellar. The grapes are destemmed and then vatted for traditional maceration vinification. Vatting periods last around twenty days with precise temperature control. Each grape variety and each plot are vinified separately in order to preserve the full potential of each terroir before blending. After malolactic fermentation in vat, the wines are blended and then aged in barrels for a period of 12 months.
Tasting note
Ruby, blackcurrant and black fruits with a hint of
chocolate and mocha. Fairly concentrated with
powerful, well-integrated tannins. Beautiful freshness
at the finish. Flavourful and complex with very well
integrated barrel-ageing notes,
concentrated and long.

Although all orders are dispatched within 24 hours, this may take up to 48 hours in some cases.
We offer the following delivery options:
- Collection point delivery takes between 2 and 5 working days from the time of dispatch
- Standard delivery takes between 2 and 3 working days from the time of dispatch.
- Express delivery takes between 24 and 48 hours from the time of dispatch.
- Pallet delivery takes between 4 and 5 working days from the time of dispatch.
Delivery costs depend on the delivery address, the number of bottles and the delivery option (mondial relay, express, standard, 24h, pallet...) and the price is calculated at the time of checkout.
Standard delivery is free in France from €125 and in other countries from €300 worth of orders.
We accept Visa, MasterCard, American Express, as well as payments via PayPal, Apple Pay and Google Pay. Transactions are fully secure.
We also accept payment by cheque and bank transfer; however, the order will only be prepared upon confirmation of receipt of payment by our accounts department.
