Vintage 2019 – Structure and richness

Appearance: Intense ruby robe with violet hues, heralding remarkable depth.

Nose: Complex bouquet blending ripe black fruits (blackberry, blackcurrant) and gentle spices (liquorice, black pepper), with hints of garrigue and leather.

Palate: Ample and well-structured attack, supported by firm tannins and well-integrated acidity. The finish is long and persistent, with notes of tobacco and cocoa, testament to an exceptional ageing potential.

Vintage 2021 – Elegance and finesse

Appearance: Bright ruby robe, clear, reflecting a certain youth and freshness.

Nose: Delicate aromas of fresh red fruits (strawberry, raspberry), accompanied by floral touches (violet) and light spices. A subtle note of garrigue adds complexity.

Palate: Silky and fluid texture, with fine tannins and a refreshing acidity. The balance is perfect, offering a harmonious and elegant tasting experience.

Vintage 2022 – Power and expression

Appearance: Deep purple robe, almost black, signalling increased concentration and maturity.

Nose: A profusion of ripe black fruit aromas (blackberry, plum), enriched with spiced notes (cinnamon, pepper), liquorice and hints of garrigue.

Palate: Powerful and generous attack, with velvety tannins and a marked tannic structure. The finish is long and spiced, offering fine persistence and promising ageing potential.

The harvest is done by hand and each grape variety is vinified separately. A portion of the Syrah is vinified as whole bunches. The maceration period is around 20 to 25 days. At the end of winter, 100% of the wine is transferred into new 225-litre barrels (French oak) for a period of 12 to 16 months in the magnificent cellars of L'Hospitalet (2,000 barrels). The finest barrels of each grape variety are selected and blended to craft this cuvée.

The colour is a brilliant ruby. The nose, intense, is dominated by aromas of spice and red fruits (strawberry). The palate presents silky, fine tannins that highlight the fresh fruitiness of this wine.
