Coravin Pivot®

The Coravin Pivot+® wine by the glass system gives you the flexibility to serve wine by the
glass from any bottle, regardless of the closure type, while
keeping the remaining wine fresh and vibrant for up to four weeks.

During serving, pure Argon gas replaces the wine poured from the bottle, creating a
protective barrier against oxygen. The included Pivot aerator instantly reveals the
aromas, offering the equivalent of 90 minutes of decanting in just a few
seconds.

Designed to give wine lovers the freedom to explore any bottle by the
glass, without compromise.

How it works

1. Insert the Pivot stopper
   After removing the cork or capsule, insert the Pivot stopper into the
   open bottle.
2. Insert the system and serve
   Insert the tube into the stopper, then serve the desired amount.
3. Reseal and store
   Remove the Pivot system, reseal the bottle with the stopper – the Argon gas
   protects the remaining wine for up to 4 weeks.

The Coravin Pivot® technology

The Coravin Pivot® system uses Argon gas to protect wine from oxidation after
opening. Unlike traditional stoppers, the Pivot stopper creates a
perfect seal that adapts to all bottle types – whether cork,
screw cap or synthetic stopper.
