Wine description
- One of the highest-altitude estates in Languedoc Roussillon, with a unique landscape facing the snow-capped Pyrenees
- The originality of cultivating this rare grape variety in Languedoc Roussillon
- Identifiable on the nose (floral aromas, lychee), this 100% Gewürztraminer is expressive and intense.
- The estate is farmed using biodynamic agriculture, Demeter certified since the 2018 vintage.

Winemaking and ageing
The vineyard is dense, with between 5,000 and 6,000 vines per hectare, which allows for vigour control and thus the production of a wine of exceptional quality. The juice is immediately extracted by delicate pneumatic pressing, which guarantees superior quality musts. After settling, alcoholic fermentation takes place. The wine is aged on fine lees and a portion is placed in oak barrels.
Tasting note
Crystalline yellow robe. Very expressive and
complex nose: floral notes (rose), opening onto
hints of lychee, acacia and apricot. Fresh,
mineral, clear and soft palate. Finish reminiscent of
citrus and clove.

Although all orders are dispatched within 24 hours, this may take up to 48 hours in some cases.
We then offer different delivery options:
- Collection point delivery takes between 2 and 5 working days from the time of dispatch
- Standard delivery takes between 2 and 3 working days from the time of dispatch.
- Express delivery takes between 24 and 48 hours from the time of dispatch.
- Pallet delivery takes between 4 and 5 working days from the time of dispatch.
Delivery costs depend on the delivery address, the number of bottles and the delivery option (mondial relay, express, standard, 24h, pallet...) and the price is calculated at checkout.
Standard delivery is free in France from €125 and in other countries from €300 of orders.
We accept Visa, MasterCard, American Express cards, as well as payments via PayPal, Apple Pay and Google Pay. Transactions are fully secured.
We also accept payment by cheque and bank transfer; however, the order will only be prepared upon confirmation of receipt of payment by our accounts department.
