Wine description
Like a work of art, French Cancan marries the tradition of great French sparkling wines with bold contemporary creativity. Made from vineyards cultivated using organic farming, this Brut Nature cuvée offers fine, swirling bubbles evoking the famous eponymous dance.
French Cancan brut blanc embodies elegance in its purest form. Crystal clear, its first aromas reveal a delicate bouquet in which fresh, lively citrus notes intertwine harmoniously with brioche nuances, evoking a subtle sweetness. On the palate, the light effervescence caresses the mouth, revealing hazelnut flavours that lend an unexpected depth to this wine. It evokes the sun and the sea — an enchanting Mediterranean sensory experience.
Winemaking and ageing
Grapes with a perfect balance between sugar and the various acidities. The vine-to-cellar work and an extremely short pressing time to preserve aromatic freshness. Use of reserve wines prepared since 2020. Six months of ageing, partly on lees, creating a cuvée of great elegance with fine bubbles.
Tasting note
A delicate and sparkling wine, with subtle aromas of citrus, followed by an elegant and persistent finish with light notes of brioche and hazelnut. A perfect balance between freshness and complexity.

Although all orders are dispatched within 24 hours, this may take up to 48 hours in some cases.
We offer the following delivery options:
- Collection point delivery takes between 2 and 5 working days from the time of dispatch
- Standard delivery takes between 2 and 3 working days from the time of dispatch.
- Express delivery takes between 24 and 48 hours from the time of dispatch.
- Pallet delivery takes between 4 and 5 working days from the time of dispatch.
Delivery costs depend on the delivery address, the number of bottles and the delivery option (mondial relay, express, standard, 24h, pallet...) and the price is calculated at the time of checkout.
Standard delivery is free in France from €125 and in other countries from €300 worth of orders.
We accept Visa, MasterCard, American Express, as well as payments via PayPal, Apple Pay and Google Pay. Transactions are fully secure.
We also accept payment by cheque and bank transfer; however, the order will only be prepared upon confirmation of receipt of payment by our accounts department.
