Wine description
Hérésie is the expression of a Corbières cuvée that symbolises and transcends the history of the knights of the South of France.

Best enjoyed at 11°C as an aperitif or with fish,
meat in sauce and fresh cheeses.
Winemaking and ageing
The harvest date is triggered, variety by variety, only when the grapes have reached optimal ripeness and after daily tasting of the berries. The hand-harvested grapes undergo pneumatic pressing with separation of the press fractions upon arrival at the winery.
After a light static settling, the juice undergoes alcoholic fermentation in barrels. Temperature control preserves the freshness and integrity of the aromas. Barrel ageing lasts between 7 and 8 months until the spring equinox, with regular lees stirring for two months. After a light fining, the wine is bottled.
Tasting note
The colour is a bright, fairly deep golden yellow.
Very expressive on the nose with sublime depth,
aromas of dried apricot, toasted almond,
very floral scents of hawthorn and broom.
Ample and smooth on the palate, round, very velvety
and brioche-like.

Although all orders are dispatched within 24 hours, this may take up to 48 hours in some cases.
We offer the following delivery options:
- Collection point delivery takes between 2 and 5 working days from the time of dispatch
- Standard delivery takes between 2 and 3 working days from the time of dispatch.
- Express delivery takes between 24 and 48 hours from the time of dispatch.
- Pallet delivery takes between 4 and 5 working days from the time of dispatch.
Delivery costs depend on the delivery address, the number of bottles and the delivery option (mondial relay, express, standard, 24h, pallet...) and the price is calculated at the time of checkout.
Standard delivery is free in France from €125 and in other countries from €300 worth of orders.
We accept Visa, MasterCard, American Express, as well as payments via PayPal, Apple Pay and Google Pay. Transactions are fully secure.
We also accept payment by cheque and bank transfer; however, the order will only be prepared upon confirmation of receipt of payment by our accounts department.
