Wine description
- Gérard Bertrand reveals the history of the great terroirs of the South of France.
- 1130 pays tribute to the first fortification of the city of Carcassonne, a medieval jewel listed as a UNESCO World Heritage Site.
- The vineyard benefits from oceanic influences that bring a lovely freshness to the wine, as well as Mediterranean influences that provide ripeness and beautiful fruity aromas.

Ideal at 10-12°C as an aperitif, with grilled fish
or white meats.
Winemaking and ageing
The harvest takes place early in the morning, when the temperature is at its lowest, in order to preserve the integrity of the aromas. The grapes are quickly transported to the cellar and the juice is immediately extracted by a delicate pneumatic pressing. After cold settling, fermentations begin and temperatures are regulated between 14 and 17°C. After a fermentation of approximately 15 days, the wine is racked and aged.
Tasting note
The straw-yellow colour is bright.
On the nose, it reveals an intense bouquet of
nectarine, acacia, coconut
and hazelnut notes.
The palate, round and full, offers beautiful
exotic flavours and a long
mineral finish.

- Standard delivery takes between 2 and 3 working days from the time of dispatch.
- Express delivery takes between 24 and 48 hours from the time of dispatch.
- Pallet delivery takes between 4 and 5 working days from the time of dispatch.
Delivery costs depend on the delivery address, the number of bottles and the delivery option (mondial relay, express, standard, 24h, pallet...) and the price is calculated at the time of checkout.
Standard delivery is free in France from €125 and in other countries from €300 worth of orders.
