Description du vin
1877 pays tribute to modern times, the revolution of the steam engine and the first railway line of Saint Chinian, which made it possible to transport the region's wines to the capitals.

Vinification et élevage
The work begins in the vineyard with a selection of the plots best suited to producing this type of wine. The grapes are harvested largely by hand. A double sorting system is carried out in the vineyard and in the cellar. The winemaking is traditional and the grapes are therefore destemmed before the maceration phase begins, which lasts between 3 and 4 weeks. A pressing is carried out, followed by malolactic fermentation. 33% of the wine is aged for 9 months in barrels, with the remainder kept in tanks.

The colour is a deep red. The nose offers an intense, refined and
complex bouquet with notes of cocoa, bay leaf, tapenade and black pepper. The palate is rich and smooth with pure, complex flavours of black fruits and gentle spices. A beautiful long, velvety finish.

La livraison standard est offerte en France à partir de 125€ et dans les autres pays à partir de 300€ de commande.
Nous acceptons les cartes Visa, MasterCard, American Express, ainsi que les paiements via PayPal, Apple Pay et Google Pay. Les transactions sont entièrement sécurisées.
Nous acceptons aussi le paiement par chèque et virement bancaire toutefois la commande ne sera préparée qu'à confirmation de la réception du paiement par notre service comptabilité.
