- L’an 462 évoque le début du règne prospère du peuple Wisigoths en Languedoc.
- Des vestiges de leur palais, nous avons hérité notre emblème, la croix aux colombes, symbole de partage et de fraternité.

Winemaking and ageing
Les différents cépages sont récoltés manuellement et séparément, afin d’obtenir une maturité optimale pour chacun, la Syrah étant généralement la plus précoce. Les vinifications sont également adaptées à chaque cépage, de manière à respecter leurs caractéristiques propres et les capacités des terroirs. Une partie des Syrah est vinifiée en grappe entière, avec une cuvaison d’environ 15 jours. Le Grenache est pour sa part égrappé à 100% et les durées de macération atteignent environ 3 semaines. Le travail d’extraction est soigneusement adapté à chaque cuve, afin de privilégier une bonne extraction des arômes variétaux, ainsi qu’une structure soyeuse et dense. Une partie du vin est élevée en barrique bordelaise de 225 litres pendant environ 10 mois avec un entonnage dès le pressurage.
Tasting note
The robe is a beautiful deep purple red.
The nose, spiced, is reminiscent of cedar essence.
The palate is round and voluptuous, the tannins are
fresh and well defined.

Even though all orders are dispatched within 24h, it may take up to 48h in some cases.
We then offer different delivery options:
- Delivery to a collection point takes between 2 and 5 working days from the time of dispatch.
- Standard delivery takes between 2 and 3 working days from the time of dispatch.
- Express delivery takes between 24h and 48h from the time of dispatch.
- Pallet delivery takes between 4 and 5 working days from the time of dispatch.
Delivery costs depend on the delivery address, the number of bottles and the delivery option (mondial relay, express, standard, 24h, pallet...) and the price is calculated at the time of checkout.
Standard delivery is free in France from €125 and in other countries from €300 of order.
We accept Visa, MasterCard, American Express, as well as payments via PayPal, Apple Pay and Google Pay. All transactions are fully secured.
We also accept payment by cheque and bank transfer; however, the order will only be prepared upon confirmation of receipt of payment by our accounts department.
