Wine description
Gérard Bertrand reveals the history of the great terroirs of the South of France.
It is in 825 that the first written record of the Abbaye de Saint Hilaire is found. Located near Limoux, it is famous for having housed the monks who discovered the secret of wine effervescence.

Perfect as an aperitif, served at 10°C, it also pairs very
well with goat's cheeses
(Cabécou, Pélardon, Rocamadour…) and sweet
desserts.
Tasting note
The colour is golden yellow.
The nose is complex and aromatic with
white flowers. There are hints
of honey, green apple and toasted bread.
Elegant and crisp on the palate,
naturally enhanced by the fine
texture of the bubbles.

Although all orders are dispatched within 24 hours, this may take up to 48 hours in some cases.
We offer the following delivery options:
- Collection point delivery takes between 2 and 5 working days from the time of dispatch
- Standard delivery takes between 2 and 3 working days from the time of dispatch.
- Express delivery takes between 24 and 48 hours from the time of dispatch.
- Pallet delivery takes between 4 and 5 working days from the time of dispatch.
Delivery costs depend on the delivery address, the number of bottles and the delivery option (mondial relay, express, standard, 24h, pallet...) and the price is calculated at the time of checkout.
Standard delivery is free in France from €125 and in other countries from €300 worth of orders.
We accept Visa, MasterCard, American Express, as well as payments via PayPal, Apple Pay and Google Pay. Transactions are fully secure.
We also accept payment by cheque and bank transfer; however, the order will only be prepared upon confirmation of receipt of payment by our accounts department.
