Wine description
The earliest traces of the Occitan language date back to around the year 940 in literary texts such as the poem "La Passion de Clermont". It subsequently became an Occitan language, of European culture, carried by the Troubadour movement in the Middle Ages.

Winemaking and ageing
The grapes are harvested by hand, destemmed and placed in stainless steel tanks. Alcoholic fermentation takes place under temperature control to extract the maximum amount of fruit from the skins. A traditional maceration is carried out over 70 to 75 days at a controlled temperature to preserve all the aromas. The frequency of pump-overs is adjusted to allow the extraction of polyphenols and fruity aromas. After malolactic fermentation, the wine is aged in tank for a few months before being bottled.
Tasting note
The colour is a deep red with light violet highlights. On the nose, fruity notes of blackcurrant and wild strawberry combine with a complex aromatic range of mushroom, undergrowth and soft spices. The attack on the palate is supple and aromatic, in harmony with the notes revealed on the nose. Round on the palate, its smooth and elegant structure, with tannins present but well coated, is the hallmark of perfectly mastered winemaking, and finishes with a very indulgent chocolatey finish.

Although all orders are dispatched within 24 hours, this may take up to 48 hours in some cases.
We offer the following delivery options:
- Collection point delivery takes between 2 and 5 working days from the time of dispatch
- Standard delivery takes between 2 and 3 working days from the time of dispatch.
- Express delivery takes between 24 and 48 hours from the time of dispatch.
- Pallet delivery takes between 4 and 5 working days from the time of dispatch.
Delivery costs depend on the delivery address, the number of bottles and the delivery option (mondial relay, express, standard, 24h, pallet...) and the price is calculated at the time of checkout.
Standard delivery is free in France from €125 and in other countries from €300 worth of orders.
