Wine description
The first traces of the langue d'oc date back to around the year 940 in literary texts such as the poem "La passion de Clermont". It subsequently became an Occitan language, of European culture, conveyed by the Troubadour movement in the Middle Ages.
Winemaking and ageing
A "green harvest" is carried out in June, making it possible to reduce the yield of the plots and thus increase the quality of the grapes. The bunches are harvested at the end of September at perfect ripeness. The berries are separated from the stalks by destemming before being placed in vats for maceration lasting 10 to 15 days. Pigeage and ageing help extract the best from the skins before pressing. Ageing takes place partly in 225-litre barrels before bottling.
Tasting note
On the nose, aromas of ripe cherry dominate, complemented by delicate notes of wild raspberry and spices. On the palate, the ripeness of the cherries is fully revealed, accompanied by a subtle toasted touch that adds a welcome depth. Its silky texture and persistent finish make this a Pinot of great finesse, perfectly balanced between fruitiness and roasted notes.

- Express delivery takes between 24 and 48 hours from the time of dispatch.
- Pallet delivery takes between 4 and 5 working days from the time of dispatch.
Delivery costs depend on the delivery address, the number of bottles and the delivery option (mondial relay, express, standard, 24h, pallet...) and the price is calculated at the time of checkout.
Standard delivery is free in France from €125 and in other countries from €300 worth of orders.
