Description du vin
The La Grande Bleue cuvée embodies the spirit and beauty of the Mediterranean Sea, where the generous sun and the mineral influence of the sea shape a unique terroir.
This organic white wine showcases emblematic grape varieties from the south of France, offering a lovely freshness and an aromatic palette centred on fruit.

This wine will pair perfectly with seafood, grilled fish and summer salads. It also goes very well with light Mediterranean dishes such as vegetable tian with fresh cheeses.
Vinification et élevage
The grapes are harvested during the coolest hours of the day to preserve their freshness. Each grape variety is vinified separately in order to express its own characteristics before blending.
Fermentation takes place at low temperature in stainless steel tanks to retain the full aromatic intensity of the fruits and flowers.
No barrel ageing is carried out, in order to promote the freshness and purity of the fruit.
Note de dégustation
Its colour is pale yellow with slightly green hues.
The nose is expressive and develops aromas of white-fleshed fruits (pear, peach) as well as citrus notes (lemon, grapefruit) complemented by light floral touches (white flowers, hawthorn). The viognier brings a subtle exotic note to this blend.
The palate is lively and refreshing, marked by a beautiful minerality that recalls the influence of the sea. The attack is round and fruity with notes of peach, pear and a hint of citrus. The finish is long, saline and elegant, evoking sea spray.

La livraison standard est offerte en France à partir de 125€ et dans les autres pays à partir de 300€ de commande.
