Description du vin
Le Chouchou responds to new consumption trends: a tender, light and fresh red wine. It is the ideal alternative that breaks the codes of red wine consumption: a low alcohol content, a serving temperature as cool as its aromas, and notes that radiate on the palate reminiscent of a basket of fresh fruit. The grapes for this indulgent cuvée come from the high-altitude terroirs of the Cévennes, where the vineyards create exceptional landscapes. Le Chouchou is the ideal companion for all your convivial moments.

Vinification et élevage
Harvested early in the morning at low temperatures. Grapes are vatted in temperature-controlled stainless steel tanks. Maceration for 3 to 5 days, then the wine is drained and fermentation is completed at 20°C. As soon as malolactic fermentation is complete, the wine is clarified and aged for 3 months in tank.
Note de dégustation
This cuvée seduces with its tenderness and silky texture. The colour is ruby with beautiful highlights. The nose reveals subtle aromas of ripe red fruits and floral notes. On the palate, flavours of strawberry and cherry blend with a touch of syrah spice, with soft, well-integrated tannins.

Les frais de livraison dépendent de l'adresse de livraison, du nombre de bouteilles et de l'option de livraison (mondial relay, express, standard, 24h, sur palette...) et le prix est calculé au moment de la validation du panier.
La livraison standard est offerte en France à partir de 125€ et dans les autres pays à partir de 300€ de commande.
Nous acceptons les cartes Visa, MasterCard, American Express, ainsi que les paiements via PayPal, Apple Pay et Google Pay. Les transactions sont entièrement sécurisées.
Nous acceptons aussi le paiement par chèque et virement bancaire toutefois la commande ne sera préparée qu'à confirmation de la réception du paiement par notre service comptabilité.
