Winemaking and ageing
After seeing the plot in summer, Gérard Bertrand tasted its juices at blending and decided to isolate it for its complete, bewitching, opulent character, full of generosity. Each grape variety brings its personality to a zenith of excellence that culminates in a perfect balance between the power of Grenache, the freshness of Carignan and the roundness of Syrah.
Tasting note
The colour is a beautiful deep garnet.
On the nose, Le Viala is powerful, revealing notes
of ripe fruit and violet.
A very fine attack, smooth tannins, oaky notes,
fine balance, infinite length. On the palate, this
cuvée is wonderfully indulgent!
Le Viala has great ageing potential.

Although all orders are dispatched within 24 hours, this may take up to 48 hours in some cases.
We offer the following delivery options:
- Collection point delivery takes between 2 and 5 working days from the time of dispatch
- Standard delivery takes between 2 and 3 working days from the time of dispatch.
- Express delivery takes between 24 and 48 hours from the time of dispatch.
- Pallet delivery takes between 4 and 5 working days from the time of dispatch.
Delivery costs depend on the delivery address, the number of bottles and the delivery option (mondial relay, express, standard, 24h, pallet...) and the price is calculated at the time of checkout.
Standard delivery is free in France from €125 and in other countries from €300 worth of orders.
We accept Visa, MasterCard, American Express, as well as payments via PayPal, Apple Pay and Google Pay. Transactions are fully secure.
We also accept payment by cheque and bank transfer; however, the order will only be prepared upon confirmation of receipt of payment by our accounts department.
