Wine description
The vineyard extends across 86 communes in the Pyrénées-Orientales and 9 communes in the Aude. The soils consist mainly of granitic and gneissic sands as well as brown and black schists, with some calcareous red soils.

Tasting note
The years of ageing have not wrinkled our sprightly octogenarian. Its colour is clear and bright,
amber with a light brown caramel hue. On the nose, our Maury reveals a lifetime of maturation and restores the thread of its existence: intense notes of gingerbread, vanilla and cinnamon are the hallmark of a richly coloured vintage and of a freshness still almost youthful for a wine of over 80 years. Notes of candied fruit and cherries in eau-de-vie heighten this astonishing freshness. Maturity then shines through in aromas of blond tobacco, walnut and leather. On the palate, the tannins have completely melted, integrated into the perfect balance between a vigour surprising in its persistence and the smooth warmth of candied sugar. The fruit is crisp, the structure taut. The whole breathes harmony, finesse and complexity.

Although all orders are dispatched within 24 hours, this may take up to 48 hours in some cases.
We offer the following delivery options:
- Collection point delivery takes between 2 and 5 working days from the time of dispatch
- Standard delivery takes between 2 and 3 working days from the time of dispatch.
- Express delivery takes between 24 and 48 hours from the time of dispatch.
- Pallet delivery takes between 4 and 5 working days from the time of dispatch.
Delivery costs depend on the delivery address, the number of bottles and the delivery option (mondial relay, express, standard, 24h, pallet...) and the price is calculated at the time of checkout.
Standard delivery is free in France from €125 and in other countries from €300 worth of orders.
We accept Visa, MasterCard, American Express, as well as payments via PayPal, Apple Pay and Google Pay. Transactions are fully secure.
We also accept payment by cheque and bank transfer; however, the order will only be prepared upon confirmation of receipt of payment by our accounts department.
