Wine description
«So' Vive» is a light and refreshing wine, perfect as an aperitif, with its 9.5% alcohol.
This wine embodies freshness and conviviality, offering intense aromas and delicate flavours that invite relaxation and joie de vivre, ideal for moments of sharing.

Best enjoyed between 8 and 10°C as an aperitif to fully appreciate its aromatic freshness, or with fruity desserts, exotic salads or lightly spiced dishes such as Asian cuisine.
Winemaking and ageing
Each grape variety is harvested at full ripeness in order to preserve the full aromatic richness of the fruit. Pressing is gentle and controlled to extract the finest juices. Fermentation is partially stopped to maintain the right balance
between freshness and natural sweetness. No malolactic fermentation is carried out, guaranteeing a lively and refreshing acidity, characteristic of the So' Vive cuvée.
Tasting note
The colour is pale pink with delicate salmon highlights.
The nose is very aromatic, dominated by notes of tangy red fruits (raspberry, redcurrant) and a subtle floral touch brought by the Muscat.
The palate is round, soft and indulgent, with a beautiful sweetness balanced by a lively freshness. The finish is fruity, crisp and refreshing.

Although all orders are dispatched within 24 hours, this may take up to 48 hours in some cases.
We offer the following delivery options:
- Collection point delivery takes between 2 and 5 working days from the time of dispatch
- Standard delivery takes between 2 and 3 working days from the time of dispatch.
- Express delivery takes between 24 and 48 hours from the time of dispatch.
- Pallet delivery takes between 4 and 5 working days from the time of dispatch.
Delivery costs depend on the delivery address, the number of bottles and the delivery option (mondial relay, express, standard, 24h, pallet...) and the price is calculated at the time of checkout.
Standard delivery is free in France from €125 and in other countries from €300 worth of orders.
We accept Visa, MasterCard, American Express, as well as payments via PayPal, Apple Pay and Google Pay. Transactions are fully secure.
We also accept payment by cheque and bank transfer; however, the order will only be prepared upon confirmation of receipt of payment by our accounts department.
