Wine description
Cloudy, organic and vegan, this wine defies the norm and breaks conventions.
Its appearance intrigues. It creates the desire to lift this surprising veil of mystery and indulge in new pleasures.
On the palate it becomes even more astonishing. Its texture, its matière-like feel, combined with the intensity of its aromas, offer a new tasting experience.
Winemaking and ageing
The grapes are harvested separately at optimal ripeness based on berry tastings before the harvest. The grape varieties are vinified separately.
A portion of the Syrah is cold macerated to preserve the integrity of the aromas, while the remaining Syrah and the Grenache undergo traditional maceration (destemmed harvest).
Vinification is carried out under temperature control (maximum 25°C).
The wine is neither filtered nor clarified, allowing it to remain cloudy.
Ageing takes place in tank to preserve the fruity aromas.
Tasting note
Its colour is naturally cloudy. This red wine, made from a blend of Syrah and Grenache, stands out for its aromas of red and black fruits, such as blackcurrant, blackberry and raspberry.
It has a beautiful structure on the palate, offering a velvety sensation supported by fruity flavours.
An original wine that will delight lovers of light reds. Can be served chilled.

Although all orders are dispatched within 24 hours, this may take up to 48 hours in some cases.
We offer the following delivery options:
- Collection point delivery takes between 2 and 5 working days from the time of dispatch
- Standard delivery takes between 2 and 3 working days from the time of dispatch.
- Express delivery takes between 24 and 48 hours from the time of dispatch.
- Pallet delivery takes between 4 and 5 working days from the time of dispatch.
Delivery costs depend on the delivery address, the number of bottles and the delivery option (mondial relay, express, standard, 24h, pallet...) and the price is calculated at the time of checkout.
Standard delivery is free in France from €125 and in other countries from €300 worth of orders.
We accept Visa, MasterCard, American Express, as well as payments via PayPal, Apple Pay and Google Pay. Transactions are fully secure.
We also accept payment by cheque and bank transfer; however, the order will only be prepared upon confirmation of receipt of payment by our accounts department.
