Description of the wine
En bordure du littoral, le Château de l’Hospitalet surplombe la Méditerranée d’une centaine de mètres. Bénéficiant d’un climat méditerranéen semi aride, à variante hivernale douce, le vignoble dispose de conditions climatiques exceptionnelles : la chaleur et le soleil méditerranéens sont atténués par l’altitude, ce qui permet une maturation lente des raisins, condition idéale pour une belle expression aromatique des vins et des tannins.
Cette cuvée Art Collection est issue d’une sélection parcellaire qui met en lumière dans cette édition 2025, une œuvre d’Hervé Di Rosa, co-fondateur de la Figuration Libre. Il propose, dans «Vendange Joyeuse», une vision solaire et foisonnante, en résonance avec les traditions populaires du Sud et l’esprit nomade de sa démarche artistique.

A servir à 16°C avec un carré d’agneau, du gibier à plume
ou des fromages affinés.
Vinification and aging
Cueillir des raisins sains et mûrs est une étape primordiale pour atteindre un haut niveau de qualité. La récolte est manuelle, les raisins sont conduits au chai en comporte dans l’heure qui suit. Les raisins sont triés puis éraflés avant d’être mis en cuve thermorégulée.
Tasting note
La robe est dotée d’un rouge intense et profond, offrant
une belle concentration visuelle qui annonce un vin de
caractère.
Le nez dévoile des arômes expressifs de garrigue,
accompagnés de subtiles notes d’épices et de cassis,
apportant complexité et typicité.
La bouche se montre ronde et onctueuse, révélant une
belle richesse aromatique marquée par les senteurs de
thym, de garrigue et de fruits noirs, notamment le cassis.

Although all orders are shipped within 24 hours, it can take up to 48 hours in some cases.
We then offer different delivery methods:
- Delivery to a collection point takes between 2 and 5 working days from the time of dispatch.
- Standard delivery takes between 2 and 3 business days from the time of dispatch.
- Express delivery takes between 24 and 48 hours from the time of dispatch.
- Pallet delivery takes between 4 and 5 working days from the time of dispatch.
Delivery costs depend on the delivery address, the number of bottles and the delivery option (mondial relay, express, standard, 24h, on pallet, etc.) and the price is calculated at the time of validation of the basket.
Standard delivery is free in France for orders over €125 and in other countries for orders over €300.
We accept Visa, MasterCard, and American Express, as well as PayPal, Apple Pay, and Google Pay. All transactions are completely secure.
We also accept payment by check and bank transfer, however the order will only be prepared upon confirmation of receipt of payment by our accounting department.
