Wine description
Domaine de l'Aigle is a 47-hectare estate magnificently situated in the most northerly part of the Haute Vallée de l'Aude vineyard, at an altitude of between 250 and 500 metres. Here we produce wines of great finesse from Chardonnay and Pinot Noir.
Aigle royal Chardonnay:
Bright, luminous yellow robe. Intense nose that opens up with aeration. Its fruity aromas (pineapple, vine peach, apricot, almond) and floral notes (white flowers), coupled with toasty hints in its youth, will delight you with their complexity and subtlety.
Aigle royal Pinot :
Ruby red robe with light violet highlights. Nose dominated by very intense aromas of small berry fruits (raspberry, redcurrant), mingled with some toasty notes. Soft, fruity and finely spiced palate. The tannins on the finish are fine and silky with a very great length and a persistent finish on the fruit.
